Download and Install the Google Meet app on your Apple or Android device and review the “Directions on Set-Up/Use of Google Meet” to familiarize yourself with the app prior to your first appointment.
Google Meet is a secure web-based video conferencing platform that is easy to install and use on most all computers (MAC or PC), Apple or Android phones and tablets. For the best video quality Google Meet does recommend using a quick and free download of the app to be installed on your device and/or using a Chome Web Browser. Please download and install the app on your computer or device BEFORE your first appointment. How to Setup and Use Google Meet for Tele-Health
The following is a general guide to setting up and using the Google Meet for tele-therapy with Dorian. Images may vary slightly depending on the type of device (desktop/mobile) that you are using. Please contact Dorian directly with any additional questions you may have re: setting up and/or using Google Meet at (317) 346-06252.
1.Dorian will send you the Google Meet Code or Link by text on the day of your session.
Important Notes: The Google Meet Code or Link will be unique for each individual’s session. For extra security/confidentiality Dorian will also LOCK each session after it has begun and the session will remain locked/unavailable for anyone else until the session has ended.
Login Blocked/Denied: If you are unable to join a meeting at or a few minutes before the time of your session it most likely means that I have not yet finished a session that was scheduled just before your session. Feel free to wait a few moments to try to log in again. I will try to contact you by text msg/phone if a session is running over. If I am unable to notify you, please don’t hesitate to try to contact me directly via text, email or phone as needed for any assistance logging on to your Google Meet session.

2. When it is time for your appointment, click the Google Meet Link found on the reminder text the morning of your appointment.
